We are Authorised dealers appointed by the distributors of the brands we sell. All of our sales are legitimate and come with a full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise indicated.
During the warranty period, you are covered for manufacturing defects. Should you experience any issue with your purchase in this form please don't hesitate to contact us direct, we're here to help. We're not just here to hit it and quit it!
In the event you have an issue, here's what to do;

- We will advise the best solution over email
- IF there's still a problem we will advise you to send your item in for assessment and supply you with a REPAIR NUMBER.
- Send all repairs packed securely with the following info:
- YOUR NAME
- DAYTIME DELIVERY ADDRESS
- PHONE NUMBER
- A DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM.
Shipping charges to our address are not covered under the warranty however the return insured shipping is on us. We strongly recommend you insure your returned item as we hold no responsibility for items sent to our address.
